Better late than never!

Been intending to start a blog for a while now to show the journey my final project has taken since I began it at the start of 2012. Since that never happened I will finally start my blog with my inspiration for my project which I have titled..

Crystallised Microscopy

 These are images of microscopic organisms taken at Clifton campus under a microscope

After looking at my microscopic images for a long time and struggling to draw from them I decided I needed more inspiration so continuing down the science route I took photos of crystals at various museums.

And this is a mood board I created to sum up my project so far. Inspiration, drawings, contextual and colour palette. Mary Katranzou and Basso and Brooke have been hugely inspiring to my project.
